FAMILY FAITH

Family Faith offers an opportunity for parents to teach their faith to their children both in a group setting and in the comfort of your home. Mom, Dad, and all other members of the family learn together. In Family Faith Christian Formation classes, Families gather monthly at Prince of Peace over a meal and lesson with an opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of our faith with other families. Families share the expense for their meal and have time for fellowship with other families. Weekly lessons are provided to families to serve as a resource for further sharing and learning in their own homes. So, the other three lessons of the month are taught at home. When they return to class the following month, families hand in their completed home assignments and begin the next month’s lesson. At the end of the year, families join our parish-wide celebration of our children at a single Mass on May 5th, followed by a huge potluck luncheon.

Payment: There is a $45 per student or $100 per family fee. Any donations to Youth Ministry are greatly appreciated.
