Funeral Reception Committee: Volunteers coordinate and implement receptions upon request following funerals. Parishioners are called upon to provide food. Volunteers are needed to setup, serve, and clean up.
Nursery: Provides nursery service for the 11:00am weekend liturgy by volunteers for children under four years old. A rotating schedule has been established and with enough participation the assignments are spread over a comfortable period of time. Sister Dolores is the point of contact.
Doughnut Duty: Volunteers are needed to make coffee, set out supplies, and collect donations for this activity, which follow the 9am and 11am masses. Fiorella Sauerbier is the point of contact.
Grand Group: A social group for Parishioners 55+. Meets monthly to share fellowship and plan activities. Judy Florance or Joan Stancyzk is the point of contact.
Night Managers: Serve both in a stewardship and in a security role for our guests that meet and use the facility after hours. Johnny Matias is the point of contact.
Cub Scout Pack 824: Helps boys and girls 1st – 5th grade understand the importance of citizenship, character development, and personal fitness with fun adventures. Louise Lewis is the point of contact.
Scout Troop 824: Helps boys and girls 10 years old / or 5th grade and above to serve others by instilling values and prepares them to make ethical choices over their lifetime based on those found in the Scout Oath, Scout Law and the religious foundations taught by the Church. Louise Lewis is the point of contact.
Venturing Crew 824: Helps teach young adults (male and female 14 years old and in 9th grade or higher) outdoor skills, leadership, and to make ethical decisions over their lifetime based on scouting values and those of the Church. Louise Lewis is the point of contact.
Health Promotions Ministry: To assist parishioners to be aware of health conditions and healthy lifestyles. To promote improved physical health for our parishioners by providing information, health screenings and blood pressure checks. Deborah Moyer is the point of contact.
Men’s Ministry/Men’s Breakfast: The Men’s Breakfast/Men’s Ministry is dedicated to activities to help the men of the Parish be the godly men God calls us to be.
Parish Advocates: Parish Advocates act on behalf of people with disabilities to ensure that all are invited to share in the life of their parish. Barbara Blumfelder or Deborah Moyer is the point of contact.
Prayer Shawl Ministry: Volunteer your creativity by knitting or crocheting a shawl or warm hat for someone in need of prayers and support. Volunteers meet the fourth Thursday of each month. You can learn how to crochet and/or knit at meetings, work on shawls or hats, and enjoy the camaraderie of sharing your time and talents in service to the Lord. Shawls and hats are blessed by Father before being given to recipients. Please join us for a meeting; come and see how enriching it is to serve the Lord. Dorothy Hill is the point of contact.
Women’s Ministry/Women’s Tea: To provide an opportunity for women of the parish to come together for faith, fellowship and prayer; to support and serve each other, their families and the parish. Sister Dolores is the point of contact.
